Timothy J. Fennell

Timothy J. Fennell graduated cum laude from LeMoyne College and has served as President of the LeMoyne Alumni Association. He is currently a member of the Board of Regents. Tim received his law degree from Albany Law School of Union University in 1983 and was admitted to the Bar in 1984.  Tim is a member of the American, New York State, and Oswego County (past President) Bar Associations.  He has served on the New York State Bar’s House of Delegates and its Executive Committee.  He is the past Chair of the Committee on Lawyer Referral Services; Chair of the Veterans Committee; and Chair Elect of the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Section of the New York State Bar.  He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association as well as a member of the Independent Judicial Election Qualification Commission.  Tim’s primary practice areas are civil litigation, residential and commercial real estate, wills and estates, small business and matrimonial/family law.
