Our roots extend back more than a century. Amdursky, Pelky, Fennell and Wallen, P.C. was founded by Francis Culkin, who served Oswego as a District Attorney, County Judge and Congressman. Leonard H. Amdursky joined the firm in 1929 and during his more than 50 years in practice, became an honored trial attorney, who also mentored numerous attorneys employed by the firm, several of whom later became State and Federal Judges. We have now grown to become the largest firm in Oswego County.
